Absolutely devoured the food we received, I don't even know where to start with this place because it was just a 10/10 experience. First of all the ambiance with the lighting is so romantic, we told them it was our wedding anniversary when reserving and got a cute banner on our table for it, our waitress was so kind she even gave us 2 nigiris because of it being our anniversary, all of the servers are so attentive, friendly and helpful with the menu and most important of all the food is just so amazing, we each ordered 1 sushi roll to start but ended up ordering 2 each with a few nigiris as well and to finish it all of a dessert yet. And we absolutely finished it all! Will definitely remember this place<3

Uchi Dallas delivered on the sashimi and nigiri; the seabass and tuna were amazing, and the yellowtail sashimi and oysters were outstanding. Service was great — staff were friendly and professional throughout. Cocktails were a mixed bag though; the old fashioned was just okay, nothing special. Went in skeptical on dessert but it ended up being quite good, a nice surprise to close out the meal. Overall a strong sushi experience, just stick to sake or wine over the cocktails.

It’s definitely a unique experience. From the moment we entered the place they received us very nicely, we waited for our table no more than 5 minutes. Michael received us very kindly and explained to us the difference between the preparations and flavors, where they get their product and advised us what should we get. Every dish had their own personality, everything was outstanding with incredible taste. They were bringing the food on the order they believed it was better to have the food and we enjoyed it so much. We love seafood and have had several times in many places but nothing close to this food. We had the time of our lives. Best place we have ever visited. It’s definitely a must at least once in a lifetime.

My family took me here for my birthday and it was the best gift ever! The fish is very fresh and the flavor profiles of each dish were out of this world. My favorite was the chutoro nigiri because the fish was very rich and buttery and the citrus zest added a bright fresh component while balancing out the fattiness of the fish. I liked it so much we ordered it twice! The desserts were so amazing and creative. Our server Jonathan was very kind and attentive and really added to the whole experience. Now i cant stop recommending Uchi to all my friends haha

We enjoyed a birthday dinner with an Omakase experience and some sake. It was truly one of the best experiences we've had! We sampled both cold and hot dishes, exploring a variety of textures, flavors, and pairings. It was fantastic. The staff was very helpful in selecting sake and guiding us through the experience. We're excited to return!
